The regular meetings of the SESC Board of Directors are held on the second Thursday of each month at 10:00AM at the SESC office in London, KY. These meetings run from August through May. SESC board meetings are provided in a hybrid format, having both an in-person and virtual attendance option, with the exception of the August and December meetings. The August and December meetings are virtual only meetings, as an attempt to best serve our board members by allowing them to remain on-site in their districts during these particularly busy times of year.

The Board may choose to hold special meetings by altering the date, location, and/or the time of the regular meetings. Notification will be given in case of special meetings no later than 24 hours prior to the start time.
