In an effort to support members’ efforts to reduce expenditures in order to reallocate funding toward student learning initiatives, SESC offers bidding services on limited products. As of date, SESC has awarded bids for copy paper and will soon initiate bids for custodial supplies for its members. There is no administrative fee charged to vendors for bidding on SESC RFBs. The Board of Directors for the Southeast/South-Central Educational Cooperative has issued a call for banner for the coop and coop members. Electronic and/or hard copy bids in sealed envelopes are to be submitted as specified in the RFB by 1:30 p.m. EST on Friday, September 27, 2019. Questions regarding the bid specifications are to be submitted as specified in the RFB by no later than 1:30p.m. EST on Friday, September 20, 2019. Bids will be awarded based on the lowest evaluated price using criteria as specified in the RFB. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
