Special Education Drop-in Network Meeting

SESC is continuing to work to assist our districts and teachers as they serve students!

As your job has become more complicated in meeting the needs of students, we are thinking of ways to assist you and meet our mission. After phone calls with many in our region we concluded these things:

  1. That we are all in need of being able to learn from others in our region, and
  2. That the range of topics of which we need support is varied and diverse.

As SESC adheres to COVID 19 guidelines, our mission has become complicated over the last few weeks because of social distancing. We will begin structuring weekly drop-in meetings to increase communication and networking, assist in problem-solving around areas of concern, and communicate resources. You are invited to a Special Education Teacher Networking meeting.

SESC Event Cancellation Policy – In the event of inclement weather, SESC will cancel events based upon the cancellation of school by the county school district in which the event is to be held. For example, an event scheduled in Pineville Independent School District would be cancelled if school in Bell County School District was cancelled for the day. Please check media announcements for cancellation of school for inclement weather.
